My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Tongue is an adorable 9 lb, 1-2 year old Chihuahua who came to us after being found as a stray on the north shore. He has a solid silky black coat with just a touch of white on his chest.

Tongue is a sweet guy who loves to shower you with kisses with his tongue that is constantly hanging out of the side of his mouth! He has to put his face sideways to yours to kiss you. The vet thinks he was just born that way and they didn't notice anything that would suggest he had trauma to his mouth. Scottie loves to go outside for walks and he is wonderfully crate trained.

He is really good about doing his business outside but needs to be kept on a schedule. He loves his crate and will go right in it for his food.

Tongue gets along very well with other dogs and he is fine with cats though he loves to give them a little chase at times. Tongue has some resource guarding with his food and high value treats (rawhides, etc) so he should only live with kids who can respect his things.
