Ruffles was found as a stray by one of our volunteers. We looked for her owner and called animal control but no one came looking for this sweet, sweet girl. Ruffles loves being with people and is house trained. She is still young, only a little over a year old. She's interested in cats but not aggressive towards them. Her foster family says she's "the best dog ever". Ruffles will make a wonderful addition to any family!
