Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Mystery is new to Boondocks Dog Rescue last week (3-21-11), but we will update her information frequently. New pictures will be posted sometime this week! We can tell you she is friendly with ALL people and children alike! Her foster Mom's house has 3 children and she adores all of them. She REALLY loves everyone and absolutely turns inside out when she sees people! Mystery is super, super sweet and loving. She is fine with the kitten at her foster home and when the kitten was attacking her tail (which is always wagging), she was looking around like "get this thing away from me, HELP". Mystery has the neatest eyes, her left eye is a breathtaking ice blue, and her right eye is an amber color, just unique and beautiful! Mystery is 100% crate trained and seems to be housetrained, not a single accident as of yet (and she asks to go outside). She is doing VERY well w/ the "heal" and "sit" and will be learning "down and stay" this week. Her training will continue with common basic commands such as "leave it", "off", "kennel", "come" and "back". She may learn a few neat tricks in there too.
She anxiously awaits for the oldest foster family member to come home so she can go on her daily walk around the neighborhood. She is fine w/ 2 short walks (morning and night) and 1 long walk in the early evening. Mystery will be available for adoption to a home that is willing to give her the exercise and continued training that she absolutely seems to LOVE! The extra bond formed by obedience training is a wonderful asset for an adult rescue dog and their new human! If you own another dog and are interested in Mystery, a meet and greet must be set up, on neutral territory, for them to socialize and interact. She is fine with male dogs but seems to pick and choose her female friends. Thanks for looking at Mystery and check back often for updates!
