My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Blue is a 1 year old pure breed Bluetick Coonhound who is waiting for his forever person. He thought he had a family, but when they got divorced, Blue lost not only his mommy and daddy, but his canine companion as well. Though he went to a new family, they decided he's not "their kind of dog". We, like Blue, wonder what anyone could want in a companion if not Blue????? Sadly, Blue has been so let down, that he doesn't even know how to respond to a kiss or a hug. While he is sad in his heart now, we know that Blue's name does not describe his true personality. Blue is beautiful like the sky, and when he stares up to the clouds, we know he is dreaming of a home of his own. He would love to have a canine companion and mostly someone who will show him that he's worthy of love. He loves to go on long walks, and he will intently listen to your dreams... If you are the kind of person who can look beyond his beautiful face and see the beauty inside, then perhaps Blue is the companion for you...it's time for Blue to find his rainbow...
