Baby was my early "Christmas" present. I rescued Baby. a 1 1/2 yr old pit bull two days before Christmas at the corner of a busy street. I called to her and she came running to me as though she was saying "HERE I AM". I fell in love with her immediately! She is full of love, confidence and spirit. She is so eager to please. I spayed her, gave her all her shots including bordetella and micro-chipped her.

I own two rescue dogs, a yellow lab (8 yrs old) and a Akita/lab mix (9 yrs old). They tolerated Baby in the beginning, but she was too playful for them. I thought all was well, but a month after I brought Baby home, my lab decided one day he had enough of Baby pawing at him to play.. especially when she was doing it in his "safe spot" by my bed. My lab got mad and went after Baby. Neither of them backed down. At that point I had to separate them and keep them apart. Baby is in the cage (5x10 kennel) in the garage and my other dogs are in the house. (However, Baby needs to be a house dog in her new home!) Baby deserves a better life than what I can give her. She is such a good dog. The best home for Baby is one where she is the only dog and her owners walk her or let her run in a large yard. Baby is good with adults and children.
