My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Sparky arrived as a stray so his background is not known. Sparky is a neutered male, 3-4 year old, white and brown, shorthaired mixed breed of Beagle and Jack Russell Terrier. Sparky does vocalize or bay like a beagle type canine when excited. He weighs around 15 pounds and seems to get along well with other dogs. Sparky is very affectionate and loves to ride in the car- he seems to be housebroken and does not chew or destroy his belongings in his kennel (e.g. blanket, bed, dishes). Sparky does enjoy toys and treats such as rawhide chews.
We have not had a cat to test Sparky with directly but his temperment type suggests that he would do fine--that and the fact that he is not much larger than a cat also.
