Rufus is not being sheltered at Spay Neuter KC. PLEASE CALL 913.963.4656 for more information on this dog.

This guy is very big, very sweet and very lovable! And just look at those ears!! He is great on the leash and seems to know basic commands. He is absolutely terrified of this horrible, loud environment and cowered against me whenever anyone new approached. When we passed a vehicle along our path, he sure did think getting in and driving away from here would be a great idea! Absolutely broke my heart!! Somebody please come and save him!! Give him the best forever home ever and he will return the favor and love 100 times over!!

Spay Neuter KC is generous enough to allow us to post these dogs on their websites. Rufus is currently located at a local KC municipal shelter that unfortunately has to euthanize dogs due to the high intake and lack of adoptable homes. Please consider adopting this deserving dog and giving them a chance at a loving home and a long life.
