Scooter was originally a puppy mill dog that was adopted by a family and returned due to Scooter being too energetic for the family! Poor Scooter is begging for a loving home again! Scooter is good with other animals but would prefer to find a loving family without bigger dogs then him. He also would do better in a home with older children.
