My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

My name is MISTY and I was born around 9/3/10. I weighed 17.5 lbs. on 1/3/11. I think I'm a Lab/maybe Terrier mix and my foster mom says I'm very good with other dogs and that I have NEVER met a stranger since I'm a very friendly little girl! Shes in the process of crate-training me and teaching me to walk on a leash! I haven't had an accident in the house for several days so she thinks I may be house-trained. (However, my rescue group always recommends that you crate me for a while when I get to my new home until I can learn WHERE I'm supposed to go potty!)

Note: Using the estimate of "Generally, an adult dog will weigh about twice as much as he did when he was 4 months of age;" from http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?c=2+2108&aid=1068 , we would estimate that MISTY should weigh approximately 35 lbs. when grown. WOULD YOU PLEASE ADOPT ME? I LOVE my foster family, but I REALLY would love to have a WONDERFUL FOREVER FAMILY! I promise to do my best to make you happy! If you arent sure, please give it some thought and I KNOW you will make the right decision!
