Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
URGENT: Rissa is a 1 year old female who was found by a local police officer abandoned and tied to a pole. She was covered in puncture wounds and had obviously been torn up by other dogs. She is named after the police officer that was kind enough to save this girl. Despite what she has been through she is an amazing girl who LOVES everyone she meets. She has made miraculous progress in the 2 short weeks she has been with me. She is house trained for the most part but does still have an occasional accident. She is crate trained and does well with male dogs. Rissa is spayed, vaccinated, Frontlined and on heartworm preventative. She is still learning about manners and likes to jump out of excitement. She is making progress every day and has already learned to sit and wait. She would benefit from some basic obedience training but is a true sweetheart who loves to please the people she is with. She loves to go for walks and car rides or just lay beside you on the couch. She will make an incredible life long companion. Rissas adoption fee is $100.00.
