My story

INITIAL BIO 2/6/2011: Ella Bella is an itty bitty 5 year old girlie who weighs in at a whopping 2 lb 7 oz and is temporarily being fostered in Miami, FL before she makes her way to Key West, FL.

Ella Bella was surrendered by her owner who could no longer care for her and her fur-sister, Coco Chanel. Both girls were brought into UYR and will need to be fully vetted including vaccines, heartworm, fecal, labwork, microchipping, and spay and dental surgeries this week before going to their permanent foster home. She will likely lose a lot of teeth. Both little girls are so sweet, but they lack socialization. They were trained to use only wee wee pads and do not know how to walk outside on a leash. They are fearful of loud noises outside and will need to be socialized to the outside world and other people. She has been eating only baby food and chicken, and we're going to try and transition her to dog food.

We are seeking a home where both girls can be placed together. Due to their size, we are not considering any home with children or large dogs. We are looking for a family that wants to open their heart to two loving and sweet little Princesses and who are ready and willing to make them a part of their lives by taking them everywhere with them, spending quality time with them, and helping them adjust to be more confident little girls.
