My story

Rylee is an 8 year old female Decker Rat Terrier who loves attention! She enjoys cuddling and being as close to you as possible. Rylee weighs 27 pounds and is completely house trained. She follows many commands and is also crate trained. Rylee's owners sadly had to give her up as she does not understand why some small children can be rowdy and invade her space, and she can become agitated when she feels cornered or surprised by them. Her former owners feel Rylee would benefit from living in a home with no children or only older children (over age 12 years). Rylee has never been around cats, but she has lived with a little Dachshund all of her life. She takes some warming up to new dogs, but if they are friendly to her she generally has no problem with them. With Rylee you get the best of both worlds - a great exercise partner and a sweet doggy to cuddle up with on a lazy day!
