Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
To be elegible for adoption of Ollie, you must visit our web page, www.NCYorkieRescue.org and fill out an Adoption Application under the Forms Tab.
Ollie is a beautiful 1 year old, 10 pound yorkie/pug mix who has been partial blind since birth. He can be very sweet and loving, but that will not happen until he has completely erned your trust and know you will not hurt him. Ollie has been severly abused and because he is partially blind, is very hesitant to trust. He can make out some shapes and does not appear to be blind, but Ollie will need a lot of patience and TLC until he gets to the point that he realizes no one will ever harm him again. Ollie will do best in a home with a person who lives alone. He is completely housebroken and an exceptionaly well behaved dog. You will have to be careful not to startle him or try to grab at him; but picking him up gently with a towel works wonders. Ollie is neutered, microchipped and up to date on his shots.
We do not make money on the yorkies we adopt to new families, we use whatever remaining money we have to help other yorkies in need. NC Yorkie Rescue, Inc. is a small group of dedicated and sincere yorkie lovers. We take all yorkies, regardless of age or health issues. We are in the process of applying for our 501(c)(3) and are a non-profit group. A home visit may be performed before the adoption is approved and an adoption application must be submitted and approved as well. All of our yorkies come with complimentary training sessions, either by a personal visit to the office or a telephone consultation, to help their transition into their new home. Please contact NCYorkieRescue@AOL.com for more information and be sure to visit www.NCYorkieRescue.org and fill out an adoption application, located on the top of the page - FORMS, to be eligible for adoption. Thank you for wanting to adopt a rescued yorkie, and please always spay and neuter your pets!
