My story

Commander is a black male, who jsut turned 2. He has no recorded races. His cat and small dog status is unknown.

My name is Commander. I’m a black male, small, and rather lively, but not over the top. Like all retired racing greyhounds, I’m yearning for a family to love me and take me home. Until it’s my time to move in with the family of my choice, I entertain myself with my new IPad, thanks to Paco’s Mom Griseldis who rented me one for a month. So while Pebbles is busy whining for attention, I’m busy learning how to navigate my new toy, surfing the web, and sending emails to my pals. I’m so happy to find out that people in Tucson love us greyhounds because they know that we are sweet natured and gentle, and make great fur companions. Think how invaluable I will be to the family if one of the kids doesn’t understand an IPad application: I can serve as a tutor! I’m just waiting for my chance to show my skills and, in return, get loads of cuddles and praise for being such a good boy.

Commander is now in foster and has an adoption pending.
