My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Melody is a darling 11 year old female, spayed maltese. Back in the day she was a show dog. She has hypothyroidism which had not been treated, so her coat was thinning -- she is now on daily meds and that will need to continue at her forever home. (The meds are inexpensive) She is doing awesome now! She "snorts" in her sleep :) and would prefer to sleep as close to your head as possible. She does a little dance in circles for a treat or when she is excited or feeling playful. She is very bonded to Snowball and they need to be adopted together. She loves to instigate a playful romp with Snowball and chase him around the house. She is a spunky little thing! Melody's favorite spot in the world is your lap!
