Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Gus is an adorable red and white adult basset boy. He is from a high kill shelter in New Orleans. Gus has been diagnosed with cardiomyopathy and needs to stay on a medication called Vetmedin for the rest of his life. He is currently in a foster home but he needs a permanent home. He is a happy go lucky boy who loves to play. He loves all people and other dogs. He has no idea that he has a heart problem. Please contact us if you are interested in giving Gus a permanent home. From an LBR volunteer: "Gus loves to be around people and enjoys getting belly rubs and plenty of treats. He is very affectionate and lovable. He is trained to go outside. In the car he does very well, sitting there watching the scenery."
