My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! My name is Dooley and I was literally dumped by my family in a Walmart parking lot. They were moving and didn't want me anymore. A nice lady from this rescue answered the phone call and drove 2 hours to come and get me from these people who I THOUGHT loved me. I'm still a bit depressed, but am slowly getting used to the routine here. My foster moms hold me, sing to me, give me baths and put lotion on my sunburned skin. See, I didn't really get very good care where I used to live. I was always outside. But now I enjoy sleeping under the covers with my foster mom! I think I am a mix of Chinese Crested and Pug, only because I have a really curly tail and a smooshed in face! Most people who meet me think I'm VERY cute. I'm only 2 years old, up to date on all my shots and am heartworm negative, on prevention and neutered. I'm very good about not going potty in the house. I'd like to go to a home with somebody for me to play with that's kind of small like me. If I could go to a home with a fenced in yard, that would be best.
