There is no dog more deserving of a permanent home than Risa. She has paid her dues! Prior to being rescued, she had spent over six months in the shelter. She loves everyone, plays with dogs, good with cats, good around children, and is an excellent traveler. A home with at least one other playful dog is preferred.
