My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

(Born October 2009 estimated, 5.5 lbs.) Cambridge came to us in September 2010 after being run over by a car in the area of N. 44th St. and E. Cambridge St. (where she got her name) in Phoenix. This poor sweet girl was very badly injured, with multiple pelvic fractures, a dislocated hip and a chip fracture in one of her leg bones, along with a lot of very large cuts and lacerations. She was in the veterinary hospital for over a week, but she survived her horrible ordeal. She had to have six weeks of strict rest in her cage with little or no movement, but she healed and slowly was allowed to leave her cage to exercise and make her legs stronger. Her recovery has been nothing short of amazing, and she is now able to run, jump, play and binky like nothing ever happened to her. If you saw her and did not know her history, you would think she looks and acts perfectly normal. She is truly a miralce bunny, in every sense of the word.  Cambridge requires no special care or medicine. She is very happy, loves to play and enjoys her treats and green vegetables. She is a lovely little girl who truly is extremely lucky and enjoys every single day. We would like her to be in a home where she will not be chased or harassed by other animals. A home with older children or only adults would be ideal. Cambridge is very special bunny who deserves a very special home.
