My story

Hi, I am Caine! I am a twenty pound, four- to five-month-old male Pointer and Basset hound mix looking for my forever home. My foster
home provides me with lots of love and guidance, and I am very grateful for the good life I have. I am a sweet boy, especially for a
puppy – I do not bark much, nor do I get into trouble. I am doing well on my house-training, and I get along well with all the animals
in my foster home. I am looking for a loving, compassionate family that will appreciate my loving and playful nature and will provide me
with a life of love, guidance, and companionship. I am hoping we can play – fetch, walks, hikes, or just hanging out together. I am gentle
while taking treats and have no food aggression. I hope to find my forever home where I will be given the love and care every dog needs.
Please remember, I am a cute little puppy now, but quickly I will grow in to a large dog – please have room for the adult version of me when adopting. I may be 50 to 60 pounds when fully grown. Please take a look at my YouTube video to see me in action playing with my
