My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Noelle is located in PA. Noelle is a gorgeous puppy, who was in dire need of help when she came to us. Noelle is diagnosed with Hydrocephalus, also known as Water on the Brain. Because of this, Noelle had spent at least 2 weeks having seizures before she was surrendered to our rescue and provided with immediate veterinary care. After 3 days in intensive care, Noelle went home with her foster mom, where she continued to make strides in her recovery. She has gone from a dog near death to a sweet, spunky, goofy puppy who loves attention. She has a silly walk due to her slightly compromised vision and balance, but this just adds to her lovability! Noelle is very curious, she loves to sniff and taste and touch things to see what they are. She is all about loving her people, and loves to be scratched behind her ear and cuddled. Noelle is currently taking phenobarbitol for her seizures, and has not had a seizure since she has been in our care. The phenobarbitol may be a long term yet inexpensive medication, which she takes easily when mixed in with her food. Noelle needs a special home where she will be understood and spoiled rotten.
