Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi my name is Cotton because of my white color. When I get a bath I look like a cotton ball. I am a great dog for anyone who knows the Border Collie dog. I am very active and love to run. I will find my own intertainment if left alone to do so. This is my second time here at the shelter. My first owner didn't know how to train me, so I got into trouble and brought here. My second owner ran me once in a while, so I dug holes under his R.V. and got us kicked out of the R.V. park.
