My story

Adena is a nearly 2 year old red female, who is new to rescue. She just completed a rehab stint. It appears that she is NOT tolerant of small dogs and cats

I’m a gorgeous Red female greyhound that has successfully graduated from rehabilitation. I’ve lived at the rehab ranch for a while so returning to kennel life would be tough on me, but greyhound Angel Cheryl is going to find me a foster home. My name is Adena. I’m a petite hound that weighs only 47 lbs., so I take up very little space, but I won’t be available until after the holiday season. My tongue frequently flops out to one side, but it’s just my way of testing the temperature to see if I need a coat before I play outside with the other rehab ranch borders. As I’m used to living with other dogs, I would like a home with another canine fur companion that speaks dog. Should you decide that a gorgeous, petite retired racing greyhound would make a great addition to your family, please call me!

FOSTER UPDATE:

Adena is a keeper! This is one of two of the best females that have come thru here all year, with Kami being the other. Adena will sleep in bed with you if you allow her to. She has no sleep aggression, loves to cuddle and snuggle with her people. Loves the couches and is housebroken. I love this tiny 47 pound love monkey and she will be greatly missed when she goes. She plays with the other greys, loves toys and loves everyone.
