Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Elliott is a 7 year old, 6 pound (recently neutered) male Yorkie. He had been a "stud" dog and lived outside in a doghouse with a light bulb to stay warm. His owner surrendered him, wanting a better life for him. He has adapted quickly to the "good life" of a warm bed, sofa, chair, lap- whatever is available at the time! At first, he was not house broken; also, he growled when approached and even bit to protect himself or his crate (his first home). Now both issues have vanished; he learned very quickly (I guess he really preferred his new way of life)! A real lover, he gives lots of kisses as if to say "Thank you!". I think a home with cats is fine, since he pays no attention to them. An older couple without children or other dogs would be the ideal family for him. He is begging for a "Forever Home"! Elliot's photo does not do him justice - he is a very beautiful dog with a lovely full coat! His adoption donation is $250.
