My story

Griffin needs to find a home FAST! He is a 2 yr old Short-haird Black cat who was adoped as a kitten but do to the owners health reasons can no longer stay where he is now. He is in danger of being taken to a shelter if no one wants him. Griffin is neutered, fully vaccinated, Negative for FeLV/FIV, micro-chipped and perfectly healthy. He's a good boy who enjoys the company of people. If you would like to give Griffin a new home, please contact us ASAP. There is no adoption fee for Griffin with an approved adoption application. Our rescue cats/kittens are tested for Heartworm, Feline leukemia and FIV, Vet. checked, spayed/neutered, given age appropriate vaccinations and receive flea & worm treatment. They are also bathed, groomed & get a nail trim. The adoption fee helps defray these expenses.

A Home for Cats is proud to be a no-kill rescue. Once a cat comes into our care, it stays with us until adopted, no matter how long that takes. Of course, when you adopt one of our cats, it makes it possible for us to rescue another one.

Our cats are fed only Hill's Science Diet brand cat foods, thanks to Hill's Shelter Nutrition Partnership program.
