This little girl has a very sad story. She was chained outside to starve. She weighs 16.9 and should weigh over 40 lbs. She is very friendly and just loves to give kisses. Her collar has been surgically removed and she's healing well. She is up to date on all vaccines and ready for a loving forever home. We wanted to thank Madison, Bella and Logan for sponsoring her transport to our rescue.
