Notes: Howie is approx a year old. He was rescued from the So LA shelter. Howie was skin and bones when he was rescued and so matted that he needed to be completely shaved down. This boy has been thru a lot but has incrediblespirit. He is very very smart, extremely lovable and bonds well with all people. He going to the park and playing ball and making friends with all the other dog. He learns commands quickly. Howie is eager to please. He just wants a family to love. Howie is an exceptional dog.
