Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Missy Sue is gentle & dainty, with soft silver grey & fawn tabby markings, and short silky hair. She needs her own HOME FOR THE HOLIDAYS! She's a sweet, adorable kitty born in a wooded area behind a condo complex to a feral (wild) mom-cat, then trapped so she could be rescued from what would have been a short, cold, hungry life on her own; and brought in to be socialized so she could be adopted into a wonderful, loving home. (Mom-cat has been trapped and spayed also.)
She's approx. 5-6 months old, friendly and playful, and curious about everything! She's been loved and cuddled while fostered in my home with several other cats and a dog, is quite reliable with the litter-box, and has learned to appreciate a warm lap and good food. She purrs and snuggles when picked up & likes to sleep with me, but is still a little bit shy about being approached – however she responds real well to a bribe of food (especially chicken or kitty treats!). She'll make a wonderful companion!
She's been spayed, vaccinated and micro-chipped. We request a $75.00 adoption fee to help cover costs. (The adoption fee is significantly less than what most people spend after getting a "free" kitten and then paying for it's spay or neuter + vaccinations + de-fleaing and de-worming, etc. thru their regular vet. We can pass on these savings because of rescue rates that we're able to get.)
