My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Buddy is a big, happy 105lb dog. He is very funny, sloppy, goofy, lazy at times, and very sweet. When you pet the right spot, he does a low growl…this is his purr! He does well with his food considering he was starved at one point. His foster home as a communal dining area and there are no food aggression issues. He plays with everyone! His playmates range from a Great Dane to a Doxie cross and does VERY well, and is very gentle with the little one. He is pretty unbothered by cats; he does bark at them but it appears he’s just trying to tempt them to play with him. He was nose to nose with a cat and did nothing at all. He does know how to "shake" and will give the "other one" too! Buddy also believes himself to be much smaller than he is…..he will lay in your lap if you will let him. He is a wonderful dog to have in the house, however he is a true slobbery dog, which is his only flaw. Buddy is looking for a family who doesn’t mind cleaning slobber off of themselves, the wall, the TV, and occasionally the ceiling. He is good with kids but would not recommend little ones as he is big but thinks he is the size of a teacup poodle! He does not do anything to anyone on purpose that is harmful, and is just a big wonderful sweetie! Buddy is being fostered in North Carolina.
