Check out our sister brand, Kinship, for vet chat, a nutrition calculator, basic obedience training, and (much) more. So you're never flying solo in this pet parenting thing.
I found a new home! Plenty of my friends are looking for one too. Check out other pets at this shelter, or start a new search.

Here's what the humans have to say about me:
James (tricolor) and Merlin (merle) are only 9 months old. Their owners were moving and could not take them. They are sweet boys but have had no training at all. Their foster parents are working hard to make them ready to be well behaved pet dogs, but their adopters will have to continue the program.
James is a lively dog who will be very fun (he loves to fetch). He pulls very hard on a leash so he's being trained to a gentle leader. Merlin has a sweet, loving spirit that should only show itself more with further training. His foster mom can see him becoming the collie who will always be a step behind you, following you from room to room. Merlin is still undergoing a health evaluation for some minor medical problems, but he should be fine.
They are great with other dogs. James seems very ...."interested" in cats, but Merlin ignores them. We do not know how they are around children, and because they have not been well trained or socialized, we do not want to place them in a home with young children. Updated 08.07.06
