My story

Meet Laney!
Laney is a beautiful 5 to 6 year old Poodle/Shih Tzu Mix. Laney just recently learned what love is, and has gobbled all that special stuff up, and recently learned how to walk up and down stairs! She had to be shaved as she came to us a big ball of matted hair.
She is a fun little girl, but will sit on your lap and snuggle with you all day if you let her.
Laney is being fostered with 3 other dogs and a large cat in NY. She gets along so well with them, they will let her eat out of their food dishes with them.
Laney has met lots of children and is fine with them, although we would prefer she go with a family whose children are over 8 years old as she is very small at 13 pounds.
Laney loves to be in a yard with you running and spinning and play bowing, she has total recall, and also does well on a leash. She is very smart and learns very fast.
We believe the ideal home would have a fenced in yard for her to be able to run play in with you(although not necessary),
someone who is home alot of the time or perhaps another dog to keep her company, and someone who will let her sleep with them as she loves to curl up close and snuggle.
Laney is housebroken and will curl up to you and sleep through the whole night. She is spayed, up to date on all vaccinations, microchipped and currently on heartgard plus and frontline plus.
Being with Laney will be the happiest moments you have in the day, coming home to her is a complete joy.
