Mopar is a special boy that needs a special home. He would be best suited in a home with adults only. He needs a calm household since his life so far has been chaotic. He was turned in to a rescue because he was not wanted. The people that had him didn't have time for him. He was adopted, but things didn't work out in the home he was in because they had small children. Mopar needs time to adjust to his new environment.
