ADOPTION PENDING! Willie the Weenie here!! I am a 15 lb black and tan longhaired dachshund looking for my forever home. Howz it going? I was pulled from a shelter last summer and successfully completed my treatment for heartworms. I am a very happy, playful boy -- I get along with all the doxies at my foster home and my foster mom says I am just about as sweet as apple pie! I think I would like to be in a home with at least one other dachshund since I enjoy having my friends around me. I am also quite fond of my humans and love to have their attention. Willie is in a foster home in Memphis, TN, but if his perfect home is up North there are transport services available to help get him to his new home.
