Meet Todd – Your New Best Friend

Oooh, Todd! That’s what my foster mom and dad say when they see me—because I’m just that cute. I’m told I might be a mix of Black Mouth Cur and something else, but all I know is I’m one handsome guy.

I’m about 1.5 years old, weigh around 35 pounds, and have slightly short legs—but that doesn’t slow me down one bit. I love playing outside with my foster siblings and keeping up with all the fun.

At night, I sleep quietly on a bed in my foster parents’ room. I’m so well-behaved that I don’t even need a crate. I came up from Kentucky with my sister, who looks a lot like me, and I’ve been settling in really well.

I love being near my people—I'll happily lay next to you or curl up by your feet. I enjoy car rides and am learning how to walk nicely on a leash. I’d love a yard with a fence to run around in, but I’d also do great with daily walks.

I’m neutered, up to date on all my vaccines, and ready to find my forever family. I get along with other dogs, cats, kids, and adults, though I can be a little shy at first. Once I warm up, I’m loyal, gentle, and full of love.

Our standard adoption fee is $375 cash or check and $385 credit card ($10 processing fee). . It includes spay/neuter when age appropriate at our participating vets, age appropriate core vaccinations, fecal testing, deworming, flea and tick preventative,1st vet visit at one of our participating vets, and micro-chipping.

We must have an application, conduct a phone interview, and meet your entire family to approve an adoption. Applications will not be reviewed unless fully completed. An application does not commit you to adopting and does not guarantee adoption but does allow us to begin the review process.
