Here's what the humans have to say about me:
LOCATED IN CAMBRIDGE, ON at PetSmart Cambridge
DOB: 24 Jan 2024
Microchipped
Greetings! The name’s Onyx, and I’m a young, curious, and delightfully cat on the lookout for my purr-fect forever home. I come with a big heart, a soft coat, and just the right amount of fun to keep life interesting.
I’m naturally sweet— “give me cheek rubs and I’ll melt into a puddle” —and I’ve never met a stranger I didn’t want to befriend. I’ve got a playful streak a mile wide. Toys? Love ‘em! Empty boxes? Even better. That mysterious red dot? I will catch it one day.
My curiosity has no off switch, so if there’s a cabinet slightly ajar, I’m going in. If you bring home a grocery bag, I must inspect it. I’m your resident detective, quality control inspector, and professional nosey neighbour who loves to watch the world go by, by the window —all wrapped in one cute package.
But I’m not all zoomies and talk. I’ve got a mellow, cuddly side that kicks in once I’ve had my fun. I’m an excellent nap partner and would happily curl up in a sunny spot by your side, purring contentedly as we recharge together. I give the kind of slow blinks that say, “I love you,” and my loyalty? Unmatched. I’ll follow you from room to room, making sure you never feel alone—even if it’s just a bathroom trip.
I’ve got a great sense of humour, too—my goofy antics are guaranteed to keep you laughing. Whether I’m attacking invisible enemies, pulling off dramatic flop-naps, or talking to you about my day when you get home from being out, I know how to keep things lively.
Oh, and dogs? No problem. I get along just fine with them—some of my best buddies bark instead of meow.
So, if you’re looking for a feline friend who’s equal parts sweet, silly, and snuggly, I might just be your guy. I’m ready to fill your life with love, laughter, and a whole lot of purring.
Let’s make some memories together,
Onyx
