We have two purebred Bernese Mountain Dogs looking for a new home. Bruce is 6 years and Willow is 5. They are both wonderful with kids and around them daily. They do well with cats, but do not fair well with other small animals; chickens, rabbits, etc.
Willow is sweet and cuddly. She loves to be under your feet and lean on you. She has had two litters of puppies before.
Bruce is more timid with people. He does best with adult women. He tends to shy away from men. We believe this is from issues with his previous owner. Once he warms up though he enjoys being loved on.
We adopted them in February of 2024 from a breeder who wasn't giving them the care they needed. They were in outdoor kennels when we adopted them. Willow was able to house train, but Bruce would mark his territory inside often. They are currently outside pets here, but the previous owner said they were both originally house trained.
They are attached and need to go together.
