Sugar was given to us out of an emergency. She belonged to my husband’s mom, who recently passed away from cancer. She has had trouble adjusting to our home. We have a 4 month old baby and she isn’t allowed on the carpet or furniture. She isn’t used to be left alone and loves cuddles but unfortunately we don’t have the time. Most of the time I find her in the garage sleeping. It’s just a really sad situation. Sugar needs someone who will give her 100% of their time. She is great with other animals and loves the outdoors, but will happily snuggle on your lap. Sugar is roughly 12 years of age. She has had a couple accidents in the house but with persistence I got her to stop. She is really unsure of kids which makes me nervous as a mom. I would hate to see sugar put down or in a shelter if I can avoid the situation. Please reach out. She is in desperate need of a home.
