Meet Garfield – Independent Mouser with a Cool Cat Vibe 🧡

Garfield is a handsome 9-pound orange tabby with a splash of white under his chin and at the tip of his tail. At around 2 years old, he’s full of personality and prefers life on his own terms. He came from a large cat colony we’ve been working to help, and now he’s ready to find a place to call home—ideally one with some space and freedom to roam.

He gets along great with other cats and would do best in a home that already has a confident feline or room to adopt one of his colony buddies too. He’s also good with dogs and takes them in stride, making him a flexible fit for a multi-pet household.

Garfield isn’t feral, but he’s not a lap cat either—he’s not big on cuddles and prefers to do his own thing. With both indoor and outdoor experience, he would make a phenomenal barn cat or working cat. Plus, he’s a certified mouser and can help keep unwanted critters under control. Garfield is neutered and ready to go.

Breed and age are determined based on observable physical traits. Actual lineage and birth date are rarely known.

Adoption Fees:
-$60 for cats
-$60 for dogs over 6 years
-$80 for dogs 6 months old to 6 years
-$100 for puppies up to 6 months
