Winter is a beautiful 2–3-year-old pup who was brought to the shelter on 4/11 after a kind citizen noticed her roaming with her pit bull buddy for several weeks. Despite her time on the streets, Winter has shown us just how smart, social, and well-mannered she can be!
She walks nicely on leash, is dog-friendly, and already knows basic commands like “sit.” Winter is attentive and eager to please, making her a great candidate for continued training and bonding in her future home.
While she’s generally well-behaved, Winter isn’t cut out for apartment living—she can be quite vocal in the kennels and would thrive best in a home where she has space to be herself and a family who doesn’t mind a little chatter.
If you’re looking for a loyal, clever, and affectionate companion with a big personality, Winter might just be the perfect match.
