Are you looking for a kitten with a hilarious personality, look no further. Neil will talk to you all about his day in his adorable squeaky way. He is the first to greet his foster mama at the door to his foster room when she enters. He is from a litter of four kittens born while in his foster home. He is an active friendly boy who will do best with a playmate already in his new home or with one of his siblings. He enjoys his days playing with his siblings, Nelson, Nigel, and Nellie. He will keep you smiling for sure!
He is vaccinated, microchipped and test negative for FIV and FeLV.
