Xander arrived at our shelter as a frightened stray, bearing a large wound on his neck. His first experience here was a tough one—he went straight to the vet, which made everything even scarier for him. At first, he kept his distance and wasn’t sure about people. But lately, Xander has begun to come out of his shell—he’s started to enjoy gentle pets and rewards us with the sweetest purrs.

Xander is looking for a calm, patient home where he can continue to build trust and grow in confidence. With love and understanding, this gentle soul has so much potential. Come meet Xander and fall in love!

The FSPCA requires an adopters questionnaire to be filled out and, if approved, the adopters must then sign a contract. The questionnaire can be found online at www.fspca.org. All fees include age-appropriate shots, microchip through Home Again, and spay/neuter.
