ROWENA is a perfectly shaggy and scruffy puppy! Naomi is fun and playful and would love a home where she can go for nice walks and play. We think she's likely a terrier mix. She is about 4 months old and currently weighs about 25 lbs. Judging by her feet, we think she will grow quite a bit!
