My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Creed is a magnificent 8-year old male kitty who was brought to HSOV on April 10, 2025 by a Good Samaritan who found him on Camelot Road in the Belpre Ohio area. Creed was not wearing a collar, and he was not microchipped.

Creed had an injured front leg when he entered our shelter, so our kennel techs are keeping a close eye on him and he will be examined by one of our wonderful local veterinarians if his injured cannot be treated in our shelter.

This big boy has a dark brown/black tabby longhaired coat, a long tail, and an adorable face with dark golden eyes, a brown velvet nose,a tiny splash of white on his muzzle/chin, and long white whiskers. Creed may possibly have some Maine Coon ancestors in his family background.

Creed has a rather rough exterior appearance at the present time, but he has a sweet easygoing personality. He enjoyed gentle petting and a quiet conversation when our photographer first met him and snapped these pictures the day he arrived. Creed was quite at ease and was happy just 'living in the moment'.

Creed was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on April 10, 2025. He weighed 8.9 lbs that day.

If he is not reclaimed, we will have Creed neutered and find him a fabulous home.

Update: Creed was neutered on April 22, 2025 and was also given rabies vaccine. He weighed 9.22 lbs that day.
