My personality

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

10 weeks old Eian was part of an "oops" litter of an unfixed mama dog belonging to a kind hearted homeless lady.

Eian and his littermates were suffering from sarcoptic mange and fully dehydrated when they were found by one of our team members who brought them all to our rescue. Despite his rough start he still is an extra sweet happy puppy, who is going to be a great companion in the right home.

Eian and his four siblings are being taken care of by their foster mom who brought them all slowly back to health.

Eian is a sweet and gentle pup with a calm, easygoing nature that makes him a joy to be around. He’s perfectly content lounging by your side, quietly observing the world with his soft eyes and relaxed demeanor. But don’t be fooled—when the moment feels right or when he’s inspired by the energy of other dogs, Eian taps into his playful side with bursts of joy and curiosity.

He’s the kind of dog who goes with the flow, happily joining in the fun when invited, but never overwhelming the scene. His peaceful presence and playful spirit make him a perfect companion for both chill days and lighthearted adventures.

Eian is about 10 lb, and growing. He is current on his vaccination, is microchipped and kept on deworming schedule, and heartworm and flea preventatives. He will need one more shot to complete his vaccination cycle. He is going to be neutered before leaving for his adoptive home.

He can be transported to any state in USA. Canadian applicants will need to pick him up from the US side due to Canada's law that prohibits transport of puppies under 8 months in vans.

To adopt our puppies, yards, if any, must be fully and adequately fenced. We do not accept invisible or electric fences.

Adoption applications are available at savesomesouls.com, and if shortlisted as a match, we will reach out to you to schedule a facetime or video chat to meet our pups.

Houston is home to million strays, many who are abandoned, many born on the streets, many who escaped while living in the yard, which is common in Texas. Since our rescue does not get grants that shelters get, we use adoption fee to help the pups and kitties in our care. Your adoption fee goes towards vetting and feeding our long term and permanent fosters, and unadoptable pups, as well as towards the monthly care and preventatives etc of our pets. By adopting one pup from our rescue, you make room for another dog to be rescued our high kill shelter, thus becoming an integral part of our mission to save as many unfortunate dogs off the streets and shelters as possible. So Thank you for choosing to rescue, and not go to a breeder.
