Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, I’m Reggie—a two-year-old house panther with a big heart and even bigger purrs! I may look like a sleek shadow, but I’ve got a playful, affectionate spirit that shines bright. My rescue story? Well, technically, I rescued myself. I was hanging out near a country home, and the moment my foster mom opened her door, I strutted right in like I owned the place. She went to grab a carrier, and guess what? I just walked into it like it was no big deal. These days, I still love napping in my carrier—so, yeah, I’m basically the poster cat for “travel-ready.” I’ve got a dash of white in my whiskers and one single white hair on my hip, which I think adds to my charm. When I’m super happy, I let out the loudest, funniest trilling purr—it’s kind of my signature move.
I’m all about cuddles, lap time (especially with my foster dad), and smothering my humans with face rubs and kisses. I’m also a master of dramatic floor flops, flipping from side to side for belly rubs like it’s performance art. But don’t let my snuggly side fool you; I’ve got a goofy, playful streak too. I live for my tunnel, leaping in and out like a ninja, and popping through the side holes like it’s my own personal funhouse. I’ll even sneak attack my foster parents from around corners or the stairs—just to keep them on their toes. Treats? I gently lick them into my mouth like a little weirdo, and yes, I take great pride in that technique. I do get a little overstimulated during play, so I’d do best with older, respectful kids and maybe a chill feline friend (with a proper intro, of course). Dogs? Meh—probably not my jam. What I really want is a forever home where I can feel safe, loved, and adored for who I am: a sweet, quirky, playful boy with lots of love to give.
Reggie has been neutered, vaccinated, microchipped, treated for parasites, and health-checked by our veterinary partners. He tested Negative for FIV/FELV. His adoption fee is $250.
