Elmer is a one of a kind boy hes on the smaller side weighing in at about 35lbs. Elmer loves attention, he is very smart and is looking for someone to teach him all the new things there is to learn! Elmer will be ready for adoption after he is neutered! Don't let that stop you come on down and see him! The shelter staff can't decide on whether or not to call him Nugget or Elmer.
