Cecil is a big love bug! He is an attention seeker (and getter). He loves all the cats in his foster home. Cecil plays a bit rough (he's a young enthusiastic boy) so a home with one of the other kitties currently also available in his foster home (or another young male who is cat friendly and likes to play wrestle) would be best. You will find Cecil grooming/snuggling with his foster buddies. Cecil will be shy when first moved so best in a home with no young children nor dogs.
