My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hey Y'all,

My name is Miss Pickles! My foster mom wrote a beautiful story about me filled with my likes, my favorites and all the fun stuff that she has learned about me. Time for you to read it and see that I am the kitty for you to adopt and have in your home for many many wonderful years.

Pickles was trapped with her siblings in a feral colony after they showed up out of the blue one day.

We're not sure where they were living before arriving on the scene to eat in this particular colony, but we can tell you that it was our lucky day. That's because Pickles is not just any cat, she's a silly, fun-loving purr machine who, we believe, is extremely grateful that she didn't have to go back to the feral colony. Instead, she has become a house kitty, living it up safe and sound inside.

Pickles gets along famously with her foster siblings, including Archie, whom she has a particular fondness for. While she doesn't require that she and Archie be adopted together, they sure would love it. She also loves her foster family's young cat and their small, polite dog. She's proven to be quite flexible and willing to get along with and play with everyone.

Pickles has 4 simply requirements for anyone who adopts her:

1. You have to have wand toys and be willing to play play play

2. You must have boxes, cat tunnels, and anything that is cozy and inviting for her to sit in. When Pickles is MIA, it's usually because she's sound asleep in her favorite box-nothing fancy, just an empty box.

3. When she cozies up next to you, you must be willing to pet her soft rabbit-like fur.

4. Treats, yummy treats to be specific. Pickles is a girl of simple needs and she'll reward you w/lots of fun, laughs, and purrs.

Don't you love what my foster momma said about me????

Why wait any longer? My bags are packed and ready to go to your home. I know it will be a furrrrrever home. And don't forget to bring home my good friend Archie, too. You'll have double the fun for years and years to come.

If you would like to meet me, the first step is to complete the Humane Association of the Lowcountry (HAL) Adoption Application located on the HAL website.

Look forward to meeting you,
Pickles
