Franklin was surrendered to us when his owners had to move and could not take him with them. Franklin loves toys, cuddles, walks and car rides. Franklin is very high energy and has not had much training on manners, so he does jump when he first sees someone. Franklin would do best in an active home. Franklin has been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, microchipped and has tested neg. for heartworm which is included in the adoption fee. If you would like to adopt this dog, you must come into the shelter for a meet and greet. We are open 12-4. (Closed Mondays & Wednesdays)
