Here's what the humans have to say about me:
We adopted Reuben and his brother Pickles in August 2023. They were about 2 months old and living in a scary cat house. We took them both.
They are brothers- maybe “twins” tho Reuben is larger (15 lbs) and Pickles is smaller (9lbs) Reuben is a sweet love, craves attention sometimes but also independent. After my husband died in June 2024 Pickles became skittish and out of sorts. He seems to be intimidated by Reuben who’s definitely the Alpha. For the last few months, Pickles has had litter box issues. He now wants to stay in my room away from Reuben (who’s constantly looking for his brother 😥)
We’ve decided that we will need to separate them. Reuben is definitely the easier cat, no behavior issues and is a delicious affectionate boy. I will take on the task of trying to help pickles feel more settled in a house without another cat.
